Are your pieces ready to ship?

Our handmade furniture is made to order, which means your piece gets its own time at the workbench before it heads your way. Check the product listing for timing, and ask us before ordering if you’re planning for a special date.

Can I dream up a custom piece?

We love a good idea! If you have a size, finish, or detail in mind, send us a note before ordering. We’ll talk through what’s possible, including any changes to price or timing.

Where can I find shipping or pickup details?

Check the store’s shipping information and the options shown at checkout for the details that apply to your order. Unsure about a particular piece or destination? Give us a wave.

How do I keep my furniture looking lovely?

A soft, slightly damp cloth and a gentle dry afterward are a good start. Skip soaking, abrasive cleaners, and long spells of heat or moisture. For care that’s specific to your piece’s materials or finish, just ask.

Oops, can I change my order?

Reach out as soon as you can with your order number. Since made-to-order work may already be underway, we’ll check what can still be changed.

What if something arrives damaged?

Keep the packaging and tell us what happened with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue with you. For return terms, please check the store’s return policy.
