Thank you for shopping with Little Cub Workshop! All of our products are handmade with care and may require additional handling time before shipment.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days of shipment via UPS. Please note that handmade items may require additional processing time before they are ready to ship. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing Because each item is handmade to order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. We'll keep you updated on your order status.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at LittleCubWorkshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with UPS to resolve the issue.

Customs duties and import fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier handling charges. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. The customer is responsible for all charges assessed by the destination country or shipping carrier, and they may be collected when the package is delivered.
